Fitness Classes

This class will help increase your physical coordination, balance, build concentration and also confidence. With proper, regular and measured training you can also improve your flexibility and correct your posture so it will become straighter, stronger, more balanced and stable.

The class is designed for teens and adults who have been in an accident or post prenatal. Seniors can also join because it is safe for them.

Class duration is + 60 minutes.

 

Fit & Fresh

Light fitness with combinations of stretching, flexibility, non-aerobic, with yoga basics. It focuses on breathing exercises, relaxation and flexibility to keep your body fit. The class is suitable for adults and beginners, those who haven’t tried our fitness class regularly or have been in an accident or anybody with physical limitation, because the exercises don’t require high energy.

Class duration + 60 minutes.

 

Light Pace

Low impact Aerobic Dance class with a touch of various dances such as; Hip Hop, Funk and Latin. Aside from keeping your body fit & healthy, this class can increase your body rhythm and practice your sensitivity to music. This class is highly recommended for teens and adults.

Dance to the Beat

This class is designed to increase your Fitness Level. The class combines three main elements; flexibility, strength and exercises for your cardiovascular. Although the class is quite intense, it is still safe for those who are above 60, who are used to doing fitness exercises regularly.

Class duration + 90 minutes.

 

Workout Combo

Exercises in the form of dance that are easy to follow and beneficial for fitness, skills, and improve movement coordination. The class is suitable for teens and adults, not only for those who are looking for relaxing time and relieve stress, while keeping their body active and fit.
